4 Boneless Pork chops
1/2 pkg frozen Spinach, thawed
8 slices Fontina Cheese
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze spinach to remove all water
Season spinach with salt and pepper
Chop Fontana cheese and mix with spinach
Butterfly Chop and season well inside and out with salt and pepper
Fill pocket with spinach cheese mixture, fold meat over, and secure with long toothpicks
Press chops to distribute filling evenly
Brush stuffed chops with Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 300* F.
Preheat service saute pan and sear both side of chops.
Cook until done, about 20 minutes.
