1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1-2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4- 1 tsp. salt ?
2 or 3 ripe bananas

Cream Cheese Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
With electric mixer, cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Do not over mix. Mash bananas in separate bowl to a creamy consistency. Fold by hand into batter with a spoon. It is important not to over mix the batter.

Spread batter into a greased 15x10 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick come out clean. Cool completely before frosting.

Frosting:
Mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla together with electric mixer. Add sugar and beat until smooth.
