2 (8-oz.) tubes of crescent rolls
1 c. shredded colby jack cheese
2/3 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped fresh or frozen broccoli
1/2 c. chopped red pepper
1/4 c. chopped water chestnuts
1 (5 oz.) can tuna
2 Tbsp. chopped onion

Arrange crescent rolls on a 12" pizza pan or baking stone, forming a ring with pointed ends facing the edge of the pan and wide ends overlapping. Combine the remaining ingredients; spoon over wide ends of rolls. Fold points over filling and tuck under wide ends (filling with be visible.) Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

I modified this from a Pampered Chef recipe, and serve it at parties. It looks impressive, but is super easy to make. Cooked or canned chicken breast can also be used in place of tuna.
