2 Tbsp. butter
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
dash of nutmeg

To serve:
juice of 1 lemon
powdered sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Put the butter into a 10-inch skillet and place in the preheated oven. Mix and whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, flour, milk, and nutmeg. Pour into the hot skillet, return to oven, and bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven (will be big and puffy!) and sprinkle with lemon juice and powdered sugar.

You can add fruit to the recipe as well. Simply add berries or sliced apples to the batter when placing it in the oven. However, this prevents the "baby" from rising as high. You can also serve with fresh fruit instead of cooking it with the fruit.
