Notes: This has been a favorite in our family for many years. It is what my husband David calls Swedish Pancakes. Most people would think they are a sweet crepe. Our boys just call them YUMMY. We will use any fresh fruit to top the pancakes but especially like the strawberries with black pepper and the Madeira. It is an unusual combination and you will be surprised how the pepper enhances the flavor of the strawberries. This recipe can be adjusted to what fruit and liqueur you have on hand. We have been know to use Sailor Jerry's rum and also Malibu rum. A great brunch dish with an omelet or poached eggs and crispy bacon.
