˝ Large onion chopped
1 TBSP garlic chopped
6 TSBPS crushed tomatoes
3-4 chipotle peppers with a little sauce
4 cans black beans rinsed
Salt to taste
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 can 32oz or larger chicken broth
5 pieces of Canadian bacon

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot add a little bit of olive oil and sauté onions and garlic, Then add the chipotle peppers and crushed tomatoes and continue to sauté. Add 2 cans of black beans. Mix with a hand blender until everything is puree. Add the chicken broth and mix. Add salt to taste. When it comes to a boil add the elbow macaroni. Then add 2 cans of black beans and the Canadian bacon. Let cook for a little while and add water to increase the volume of the soup. Stir the pot occasionally so that the beans don't stick to the bottom of the pot. When the elbow macaroni is cooked the soup is done.
