Bacalhau
Potatoes
Onions
garlic
Eggs (Hard boiled)
Bay Leaves
White Wine
Vinegar
Olive Oil
Parslee
Black Olives

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bacalau to remove salt (a few days constantly changing water)

Cook the bacalau

Cut up potatoes about 1 inch circles and cook with a dash of salt

When bacalau is cooked, remove from water and let cool a bit
Remove all skin and bones and shred into a 9 x 13 pan
Drain potatoes and put on top of shredded bacalau

SAUCE
heat sautee pan – add olive oil (amount depends on how much bacalau you are making)
add sliced onions (again depends on how much you are making) sautee a bit and add
some garlic. When onions are soft, add a few dashes of vinegar.. when vinegar is infused, add some white wine - let all flavors cook for a bit. Pour over potatoes

Put in oven 350 for about 30 minutes.

Take out of oven, garnish with black olives, hard boiled eggs and chopped up parsley.
