Pecan Pie Recipe

1 C sugar
1 C Karo syrup
2 T butter, melted
3 Eggs beaten
1 t vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups pecans
Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, syrup and melted butter well. Add beaten eggs and vanilla, mix well. Add pecans. Pour into 9 inch pie shell. Bake 60 to 70 min at 350º
Cool for 2 hours and store in refrigerator.
Pie is done when center reaches 200º.
Center of pie should spring back to touch.
