2 C (1pint) Whole strawberries
1 T Lemon juice
3 T Cornstarch
1 C Sugar
3 C Whole small strawberries
1 - 9 inch baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
2 Cup strawberries in large bowl, crushed lightly with wooden spoon. Stir in lemon juice. Blend cornstarch and sugar pour in crushed strawberries. Turn into heavy saucepan and set over moderate heat. Cook mixture stirring until it comes to a boil and thickens. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl and cool to tepid. When jam is tepid, fold through 3 Cups of whole strawberries and pour into Baked pie shell. Serve room temperature with whipped cream.
