1 1/2 cups iced cold water
3/4 oz box instant vanilla pudding
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
3 cups heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla

12 oz vanilla wafers
4 cups sliced bananas

Variation:
Angel Food cake
Strawberries
Blueberries



Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat together water and sweetened condensed milk.

Add the pudding mix and beat well. Cover and chill 3-4 hours.

In a separate bowl, beat cream and vanilla until stiff peak forms. Gently fold whipped cream into pudding.

Layer wafers, bananas, and pudding.

Variation: Layer pudding - cubed angel food cake - strawberries and blueberries - REPEAT

We ate this pudding in New York City at Magnolia Bakery in August 2014. I was with Christina, Mario, Nana, and Popeye on a trip to move Christina into Fordam University. We all shared one container and loved it!
