CRUST:
1 3/4 C flour
10 T butter
2 T Crisco
1/4 tsp salt
pinch sugar
1/4 C ice cold orange juice

FILLING:
1/2 C & 2 T EACH light & dark corn syrup
1 C sugar
5 eggs
6 T melted buter
2 T dark rum
1 tsp vanilla
2 C chopped pecans

prepare crust as normal; use a 9" pie pan

For filling:
In a saucepan mix the corn syrups and sugar; Bring to low boil until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat.
Beat 5 eggs; Add syrup mixture to eggs slowly and beat.
Stir in:
butter, dark rum, vanilla and pecans.

Pour into crust and bake in lower 1/3 of oven at 350º for 50-60 min.
