5 slices white bread, crust removed
1 t. dry mustard
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs, well beaten
2 cup half-and-half cream
1 lb. sausage
1 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook sausage well and drain.
2. Melt butter in 9" x 13" casserole pan.
3. Tear bread into small pieces and sprinkle over utter.
4. Cover with sausage.
5. Beat eggs and other ingredients and pour over sausage.
6. Chill 8 hours or overnight.
7. Bake at 30º for 30-4- minutes.
