1 1/2 lbs. squash
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk or cream
2 T butter
1 T. sugar
1/2 cup cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Grease 1 - 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
3. Cook squash and onions in a small amount of boiling salted water until tender.
4. Drain well and combine with remaining ingredients (except 1/4 cup cheese and cracker crumbs.)
5. Pour into greased dish and sprinkle remaining cheese and crackers on top.
6. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
