2 eggs
1/2 lb. chopped cooked meat (chicken, pork, shrimp, beef)
4 cup cooked rice
1 can bean sprouts, drained well
2 T. finely chopped onion
2 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Scramble eggs in hot greased skillet.
2. Add rice, meat, bean sprouts, and onions.
3. Mix thoroughly. Cook about 4 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and add soy sauce.
5. Salt and pepper to taste
