1 large package strawberry Jello
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 - 2 pints fresh strawberries cleaned and cut into halves or quarters
1 small carton Cool Whip
1 cup strawberry juice and water combined

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sprinkle dry Jello in bottom of bowl or pan.
2. Heat juice and water to boiling; pour over jello and stir 3-5 minutes until completely dissolved.
3. Add cream cheese and mash with fork to cut into small bits.
4. Add strawberries and Cool Whip and; mix well.
5. Refrigerate to set (at least 5-6 hours.)
