3 - 5 lb Beef Chuck or Arm roast
1 t seasoned meat tenderizer
1/2 C Orange Juice
1/4 C Soy Sauce
2 T Brown Sugar
1t Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle Meat tenderizer and stand 1 hour. Mix remaining ingredients and place roast and marinade into large pan and marinade 4 - 5 hours.
Turn meat occasionally. Put on hot flame 10 each side. Then put on lower flame for 15 to 20 each side.
