1/4 cup honey
1 cup butter (2 sticks) softened
2 cup sifted flour
1/2 t. salt
2 t. vanilla
2 cups finely chopped nuts (chop in food processor)
1 lb. confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter.
2. Add honey, then flour, then vanilla.
3. Mix well, then add nuts.
4. Form into 50 small balls.
5. Put on greased baking sheets 1 inch apart.
6. Bake at 300º for 40-45 minutes.
7. Roll in confectioners sugar WHILE HOT.
8. Cool and roll again. These are very delicate, so be careful when rolling or they will break.
