Ingredients:  
1 lb. finely chopped coconut (grind in a food processor)
1/4 cup ground almonds (grind in food processor)
2 T. sugar
2 pkg. strawberry Jello (reserve 1/2 box for rolling outside of candy)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 t. almond extract
red sugar crystals
green frosting (for leaves, if desired)

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients except 1/2 box Jello and green frosting.
2. Shape into strawberry shapes.
3. Combine sugar and reserved Jello and roll strawberries in it to coat.
4. Put 3 green frosting leaves on tip of each strawberry

I made these for Ami's second birthday party when she had a Strawberry Shortcake party. They really taste like strawberries. They freeze well, so you can make them ahead if you need to.
