CENTER:
2 lb. confectioners sugar
1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks) softened
1/2 cup bourbon (or other desired liquor)
1 c. finely chopped pecans

COATING:
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 T. paraffin

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all "Center" ingredients; chill until firm.
2. Roll by teaspoonfuls into balls.
3. Melt "Coating" ingredients in narrow saucepan.
4. Pierce each chilled ball on a toothpick and dip into melted chocolate. Immediately dip into really cold water to set chocolate. Store in refrigerator.
