4 1/4 cups sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
6 T. butter
8-oz. marshmallow cream
4 cups chopped pecans.
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, milk, and butter in saucepan and cook to soft ball.
2. Pour over marshmallow cream in large bowl, and beat by hand until it begins to thicken.
3. Add pecans and continue beating until thick and creamy.
4. Pour into buttered pan.
5. When cool and firm; cut into 1-inch squares
