4 T. butter
3/4 lb. pecan halves
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 t. paraffin

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin together.
2. On parchment paper or greased wax paper, pour 1 tablespoon chocolate 4 inches apart.
3. While still soft, arrange 5 pecan halves in clusters on chocolate.
4. In saucepan combine half of evaporated milk, syrup, and sugar.
5. Bring to boil.
6. Add remaining milk and butter.
7. Cook to softball, stirring constantly.
8. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
9. Beat until it cools and begins to thicken.
10. Pour by tablespoon over pecan halves.
11. Allow to cool.
12. Then pour remaining chocolate over each cluster.
13. Store in refrigerator.
