2 T. Crisco
2/3 cup skim milk
1 1/2 - 2 cups sifted confectioner's sugar
1 t. clear vanilla
1/2 t. almond flavoring (optional)
1/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat the Crisco and milk in double boiler.
2. Remove from heat and add sugar, flavorings, and salt.
3. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and put a cooling rack over it.
4. Place petit fours at least 1 inch apart on rack.
5. Using a large spoon, pour over frozen, iced cake squares, making sure you cover the entire cake square with one spoonful (it thickens immediately so you can't dip and pour and then dip and pour again.)

You can reheat and reuse any icing that falls through the rack, but be sure to avoid or remove any crumbs.
