2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, finely diced
2 teaspoons turmeric
1 pound beef stew meat, cut into cubes
6 cups beef broth
1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes
1 small rutabaga
2 carrots, thinly sliced
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
Pinch of saffron
Parsley
1 zucchini, sliced thinly
2 ounces angel hair pasta
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil over medium high heat. Add onion and meat, stirring occasionally, cooking until the onion is tender (4 to 5 minutes). Add broth, vegetables, and spices. Cover, and simmer until meat is tender. Add pasta, and cook until soft.
