2 C white navy beans (dried or get pre-soaked/cooked in jar)
1 C rich chicken stock
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 med onion, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
1/2 chicken, deboned and chopped (left over cooked chicken great or buy a rotisserie chicken at grocery!)
1/2 C sour cream
1 T cumin
1 T garlic, chopped
1 T cilantro, chopped
2 dashes Worchestershire sauce
1 T paprika

Directions:
If using fresh chicken, cook in water till done. Chill meat and chop

Cook beans in stock till soft or add cooked beans into stock.
Add chopped vegetables and cook till slightly thick. Add cream and seasonings, stir well. Adjust with salt and pepper.
