1/2 C oil
1 C vinegar (I like to use a white wine type but any work)
1T salt
1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp white paper
1 egg

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and use immersion blender to fully combine or a blender would work.

Marinade chicken pieces in a container for at least 3 hours refrigerated entire time and flipping pieces occasionally. Can marinade for up to 12 hours if need be.

Spray grill and heat to medium.
Put on chicken pieces and turn to low.
Flip at 15 min. interval and baste with marinade that has been microwaved for about one minute.
Total cooking time is about 1 hour; watch smaller pieces.
