6 c powdered sugar
1/2 tsp peppermint oil
4 tbs granulated sugar
Directions:

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and mint oil.
Roll spoonfuls of the mixed ingredients into 1" balls in granulated sugar. Place on parchment paper to set.
