1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 c. flour
3 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugars, shortening and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Mix. Add oatmeal, nuts and raisins. Drop on cookie sheet. Bake in 375º oven. May reduce raisins and nuts to 1/2-3/4 c. if desired.
