4 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 sticks oleo
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs

For filling:
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon plus a couple of shakes

Frosting:
Butter
vanilla
Powdered sugar
cream
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Mix flour and oleo like making a pie crust (crumbs). Mix milk and sugar - mild should be luke warm, add yeast (just like bread). Mix all together ( flour mixture, yeast mixture and 2 beaten eggs). Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 4 sections. Roll out like pizza. Cut with a pizza cutter to make 8 triangles. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar or white sugar and cinnamon. Roll up big end first. Put on greased cookie sheet. Let rise again. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes. Frost when warm.
