Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c. self rising flour
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. milk
1/2 stick of butter (melted)
1/4 c. sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together well. Pour about 1/2 c of mixture into a hot buttered skillet. Cook on stovetop on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Note - The 1st pancake may not turn out as good as the rest... The pan will be at a even temp after the 1st one is made and will cook more accurate... Make the 1st one small so you won't waste much... Of course I recommend lots of syrup!
