1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 c milk
1 1/3 c Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
2 tomatoes -sliced
1 c shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Lightly grease pie plate. (10 x 1 1/2) Cook and stir ground beef and onion until brown. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread into plate. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth. 15 sec blender on high. Pour into plate. Bake 35 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Return to oven. Bake until knife comes out clean (5-8 minutes).
