1 lb 500 g Pork belly, sliced into bacon-style strips
4 T 60 mL Soya Sauce
2 T 30 mL Sesame Oil
1 tsp 5 mL Chili Oil
1/2 tsp 2.5 mL Dried Chili Flakes
1 T 15 mL Rice Wine Vinegar
3 T 45 mL Brown Sugar
3 cloves Garlic, mashed

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together all ingredients except Pork.
Add pork slices and marinate 8 - 24 hours
Soak Bamboo skewers in water at least 30 min before cooking
Preheat BBQ to High
Thread pork onto skewers
Allow excess marinade to drip off before cooking.
Cook 3 minutes each side. ** Watch out - high fat will cause grill to flare up/

Serve with rice and sesame seeds to sprinkle on top
