1 qt. raspberries
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1 - 8 oz package cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer 1 cup raspberries and 2/3 c. water for 3 minutes. Blend sugar, cornstarch and remaining 1/3 c. water. Add to simmering mixture. Boil 1 minute stirring constantly. Cool. Spread cream cheese (softened) over bottom of graham cracker crust. Put 3 c. raspberries on to of cream cheese and cover with the cooked mixture. Refrigerate.
NOTE: Double cooked mixture for a deep dish
