1/4 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped peppers
1 lb ground beef
2 T shorting
Topping:
1 8oz tomato sauce
2 T catchup
1 t chili powder
1 t salt
pepper
Cornbread topping.
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, pepper and ground beef until brown. Add next four ingredients. Put in casserole. Top with cornbread topping. Bake 400 º for 25 minutes.
