3 lb ground beef
1 c fine cracker crumbs
1 c cold water
3 tsp salt
pepper
flour
tomato or cream of celery soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together well. Spread 1/2 inch thick on foil lined cookie sheet. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. Flour lightly. Brown on each side. Pour over the top one can lightly deluded soup. Bake 350º for 1 hour.
