4 eggs
1 stick of soft butter
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 lg. can mandarin oranges

TOPPING:
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) whipped Rich's topping (not Cool Whip)

Beat 4 eggs for 4 minutes. Add butter, cake mix, mandarin oranges (with juice) and beat for five minutes more. Bake in a greased 9 by 13 cake pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool.

Topping :
Drain crushed pineapple (reserve juice). Drain this before you mix the cake mixture. Beat the pudding mix with the pineapple juice and then add the pineapple. Fold in Rich's topping and frost the cake. It is better if made the day before.
