2 c sliced raw potatoes
2 c chopped celery
2 c ground beef
1/2 c diced onion
2 T salt
1/4 t pepper
2 c canned tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in greased casserole. Add celery, ground beef, onion and green pepper on each layer. Pour tomatoes over mixture in dish and garnish with green pepper rings. Bake 350º for 2 hours.
