1 T onion
1/2 c water
3/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 egg
1/4 c uncooked rice
1 lb. ground beef
2 cups of tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except the tomato juice. Shape into meat balls. Bring the tomato juice to a boil and drop in the meat balls. cook until done. 15-20 minutes
