1/3 c sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 lb bag of California blend mixed vegetables with water chestnuts
1 can (2.8 oz) French fried onions
1 c cheddar cheese- shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Bake 30 minutes. Top with 1/2 c onions and 1/2 c cheese. Bake 5 minutes more. 350º
