3 lbs of Ground Meat

2 onions, chopped

1 large green pepper, chopped

2 banana peppers, seeded & chopped

2 or 3 jalapeņo peppers, seeded & chopped

2 packets of McCormick chili seasoning mix, or chili seasoning & Canaan seasoning

salt and pepper to taste

2 large red kidney beans, drained

4 cans of tomato soup ( do not add water)

1 large can whole tomatoes peeled with juices, break up

Directions:

brown ground meat, add chopped onion, cook until all the peppers and onions or soft.
add your seasonings and salt and pepper

add kidney beans, soup and tomatoes

stir all together and cook until heated through. Sometimes I put all of this in a crock pot to cook all day.

serve with corn chips, sour cream, cheddar cheese.

Dad helped me make this recipe when I was in high school.We had to take turns cooking when Mum was working. I add the hot peppers to spice it up some.
