2 Tbs Gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
2 chicken bouillon cubes, in 2 cups water - boiled
1 pound shrimp, cleaned;
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbs sherry
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
few drops of Tabasco
1 tbs pickle relish, drained
1/2 cup finely dice cucumber
1/2 cup finely diced celery
1/3 cup chopped ripe olives
2 tbs diced pemento

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatine in cold water. Boil chicken bouillon and add shrimp.simmer 3 minutes. Remove and drain and cool shrimp. Add Gelatin to hot liquid stir and dissolve. Add lemon juice, sherry, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco and refrigerate all. Meanwhile dice all but 6 or 8 shrimp and arrange these in bottom of six cup mold. pour on a little of the gelatin mix, chill to set. fold cut shrimp into cold, but not thick gelatine mix; add pickle relish cucumber, celery, olives, and pimentos. Add to mold; chill. Unmold on lettuce.
