4 slices bacon
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 lb. canned pork & beans
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon to paper towels to drain. Drain all, except 2 Tbsp. bacon grease from skillet. Add onion to pan & saute until translucent, then add remaining ingredients. Pour all into a 1/1/2 qt. shallow baking dish. Bake, uncovered, until sauce thickens, 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Check every half hour to be sure beans are not drying out.
