1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar (packed)
1/2 c butter or margarine
1 egg
1 cup Buttermilk or Sour milk
1 teaspoon Soda
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups Rhubarb
Topping:
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well in the order listed. Place in 9x15 inch pan. Mix topping ingredients and spread on cake. Bake 50 minutes at 350º oven.
