5 1/2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. (1 big block) crisco butter shortening
1 egg
1Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water
cocktail sausages from Costco (This is the secret ingredient--you buy a big package and it has several varieties of sausages.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, brown sugar, salt and shortening in a large bowl.
Add egg, vinegar and water the bowl and mix well.
Mix pastry--could use a pastry cutter but I prefer to work with my hands until pastry is the desired consistency.
Roll out the pastry into a thin rectangle.
Line sausage rolls along one sie of the pastry, roll and seal the roll with water.
Bake at 450 º F. for 15 minutes and 400º F. for 10 minutes.

Serve with Tony Roma's regular barbeque sauce
