3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
approx 1 c. water, enough to make a medium hard dough

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough and knead until fully mixed. Put in refrigerator and let set at least 2 hours. Roll dough out thinly, spread over melted lard. Roll up and cut into 2" lenghts. Make a light ham soup with ham, onion, salt, pepper, potatoes, chicken bouillon, and just enough water to cover potatoes. Bring to a boil, arrange strudel on top of potatoes, cover. Boil for 20 minutes (do not remove cover until finished).
