1 c rice
1/2 cube margarine
3 c broth (or hot water and 1 bouillon cubes)
2 c meat (chicken, turkey or pork)
Mushrooms
2 onions
2 c celery strips
1 can bean sprouts
soy sauce
1/2 c almonds
Crisp Chinese noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rice and margarine. Pour on broth. Simmer until rice is cooked. Add meat and mushrooms; heat through. In large skillet, fry onions and celery to crisp and tender. Add bean sprouts, soy sauce to taste; fold almonds into sauce. On plate layer rice mixture, vegetable mixture and Crisp Chinese noodles on top.
