Corn Meal
Flour

Directions:
For stripers, cut out dark meat and cut into smaller pieces. If thick cut across so it is thinner.
Mix egg and a little milk. Mix corn meal, Put it in ziplock. Dip fish into egg and milk mix. Then put the fish into the ziplock bag and coat the fish with the cornmeal and flour. Place fish into Hot Deep fryer. Fry for 4 minutes.
