Whole round steak
salt & pepper
flour
oil
1/2 Onion, diced
carrots, cut 1 inch pieces
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 can beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper whole round steak (can use garlic salt if desired) and dredge in flour and pound in. Put steak in hot oil in skillet and brown lightly on both sides. Dice 1/2 onion and sauté in skillet. Put steak in a casserole dish along with the onions. Clean carrots and add to casserole dish. Using drippings from skillet make gravy by adding 2 T flour with drippings, brown and then add beef broth and keep it thin. Add 1 T Worcestershire sauce. Pour over steak and carrots. Put lid on and bake at 325º for 2 hours. Remove meat and carrots. Put gravy in a saucepan. Heat to boiling and add flour to thicken. (2 T flour with 1 C Water)
