1 lb canned salmon
1 c evaporated milk
3 T lemon juice
chopped chives or grated onion

Directions:
Directions:
Turn salmon whole into baking dish. Stir lemon into milk. Pour over salmon. Sprinkle with chives.
Bake in hot oven 25 minutes.
