Salmon
2 T brown sugar
2 t soy sauce
2 t Dijon Mustard (Courtney added)
salt & pepper
1 t olive oil
lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 450º. Put foil on pan. Mix glaze of brown sugar, soy sauce and Dijon Mustard. Salt and pepper salmon. Put skin side down onto baking pan. Drizzle about 1 t olive oil on salmon. Put it in oven 6 - 7 inches from broiler. Close oven door and put it on broil for 10 minutes. Put glaze on Salmon and broil for another 6 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice on top if desired.

10 minutes broil per inch of salmon (thickness)
