Minute steak ( 6 pieces)
salt & pepper
oil
flour
1/2 pkg lipton onion soup mix
1 1/2 C water
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Chuck or round steak or minute steak into serving pieces. Salt and pepper and dredge in flour. Brown in hot oil. Remove meat and place in pressure cooker or pan if using the oven. Combine 1/2 pkg dried Lipton Soup mix and 1 1/2 c water and one can cream of mushroom soup and put in the pressure cooker or pan if using the oven. Add 1 T flour into skillet drippings and brown. Add 1 1/2 C of water to the brown flour till slightly thickened. Add to pressure cooker, when cooker steams, put on jiggler with 10 lbs pressure. Cook under pressure for 15 to 20 minutes. (barely jiggling). Remove from heat and cool slowly. Open and see if it needs thickened. If baking in oven, bake at 330º for 2 hours or till done.
